Two years ago, when I got to pet a cheetah. 🐆🐾 .

I was really surprised by the fact that cheetahs do not see humans as prey, and when used to people, are pretty tame.
Just to clarify: this cheetah was not drugged, nor do I condone drugging wild animals for tourists to pet them.
